MEET DR. STEPHANIE ARRINGTON

Dr. Stephanie Arrington’s journey began in New York City, where resilience was shaped by real life and real challenges. Now living in North Carolina, she carries the wisdom of her experiences into her roles as a mother, grandmother, coach, and woman of purpose.

With degrees in Psychology, Education, and a Doctor of Ministry in Religious Studies, Dr. Arrington has dedicated her life to understanding both the mind and the soul. She is a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach, Certified Life Coach, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her leadership training through the S.O.A.R. Executive Coaching Program strengthened the voice and vision she uses to empower others.

But her greatest qualification is her story. As a single woman who has navigated seasons of pressure, transition, and silent battles, she knows firsthand what it means to rise, heal, and rebuild from within. Her personal journey became the foundation of her calling.

Today, as the Founder and CEO of Free Your Mind Coaching & Mentoring Program, LLC, she helps women break cycles, restore confidence, and step into emotional and mental wholeness. Her approach is holistic—honoring the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being of every woman she serves.

Dr. Arrington doesn’t just teach transformation; she lives it. She remains fully committed to her own journey of self-improvement and inner healing, leading from a place of authenticity, compassion, and grace.

Her vision is to create a safe, supportive space where women can rise into the fullness of who they are—healed, confident, and free.

When she’s not coaching, she enjoys time with family, traveling, uplifting experiences, good books, and embracing the joy of life.
